At The Grout Genie, we’ve streamlined our assessment process to make it faster, more convenient, and more efficient for our customers.

Instead of waiting weeks for an in-person visit, most projects can now be evaluated quickly through photos or a virtual consultation. This allows us to review your project, understand the scope of work, and provide a quote the same day.
How It Works

Submit Photos For a Same Day Quote
Take photos of each area of your home that you would like quoted. Complete the online form, upload photos and submit. A member of our team will confirm receipt of your online form. We thenreview the condition, scope, and specific needs of your space and send you a quote the same day!*

Schedule a Virtual Assessment
Schedule a virtual assessment via Zoom. Just like an in person assessment you will meet with a team member at your scheduled time who will evaluate the scope of work with you. You can ask and answer questions in real time, discuss any areas of concern and get details about our processes and recommendations.

In Person Assessment
Simply complete the online form. A member of our team will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact to coordinate scheduling a free in person assessment.​
