Did you know that damaged grout can lead to costly repairs?

Over time tile and grout can become dirty, dingy and just plain unsightly from heavy foot traffic, spills, improper cleaning methods and the use harsh cleaning products.  Regular maintenance of your grout and tile can aid in keeping your hard surface looking fresh and beautiful.

What We Do
While some companies only clean the grout lines of your tiled area, our techs clean BOTH the tile and grout.  We start by applying a cleaning agent to your tile and grout. This cleaner aids in breaking up the dirt, mold, mildew and other build up that is discoloring your tile and grout.  They will then use a gentle, high speed scrubber that will extract the dirt and grime from your hard surface. As an added attempt at trying to remove any set in stains, we use a steam cleaner to penetrate deeper into the grout and bring the stain up to the surface for removal.  The finished result is a brighter, fresher, cleaner hard surface.

Benefits of Cleaning/Sealing Your Tile and Grout
There are so many benefits to cleaning and sealing your tile and grout, however, there are two things that should be noted.  Some extremely stubborn stains may not come out.  This could be from simply just the type of stain that it is, the fact that the stain has been there for an extended period of time, or because the grout had never been sealed during its original installation and has set permanently.  Our techs will do their best to get any and all stains out, but please remember there is always a chance that a stubborn stain will simply not come up.  For total color uniformity ask us about our color seal process.
